Last Monday the Virginia Beach office did a training and then a fun team building event.

Team building activities work to improve projects that involve teamwork because it helps the teams understand each other better. After completing team building activities together, employees better understand each other’s strengths, weaknesses, and interests.
The Virginia Beach staff went on a St Patrick’s Day Scavenger Hunt filled with laughs. Teams of four went out and had to find various things in our area such as a Dolphin (see picture), a Rainbow, Dance a jig and even sing Happy Birthday to the Site Director on Video.
It was an opportunity to work as a team with people both new to the company as well as seasoned on each team. Employee engagement is an approach resulting in the right conditions for all members of an organisation to give of their best each day, committed to Therapeutic Alliance’s goals and values, motivated to contribute to organisational success, with an enhanced sense of their own well-being.
