Therapeutics Alliance’s Founder

Alkesh Patel is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Therapeutics Alliance LLC. He leads a our agency whose primary purpose is to counsel children and teens that may be at risk for out-of-home placement. After spending over a decade working at a community level with under-served and underprivileged adults, youths and families, Alkesh knows what truly drives change.

His desire is to serve grounded; in open communication, a culture of sharing, and most importantly, trust in the therapeutic relationship.

Alkesh entered the world on July 4th, a date he has always considered symbolic of achieving the “American Dream.” His journey embodies the essence of success and prosperity, rooted in diligent work, unwavering determination, and proactive initiative. Progressing through various roles as a clinician, supervisor, and director in the Northern Virginia area, Alkesh’s passion and dedication illuminate both his team members and the clients served by Therapeutic Alliance.

A proud member of the American Counseling Association, Alkesh Patel holds certifications as a Virginia Board Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). He earned his Master of Education in Multicultural Counseling and Advocacy from George Mason University.
